The Federal Election Commission is holding a hearing starting at 8:15 a.m. today in Washington, DC on proposed rule-making following the Supreme Court’s McCutcheon v. FEC decision.
More than 30 witnesses — including members of the public — are scheduled to testify at the hearing. Ahead of the event, the FEC has received over 32,000 comments from the public.
