As the Federal Communications Commission moves toward a decision on rules for an Open Internet and the controversy continues to roil around Net neutrality, which would keep Internet access available to all, no matter their income, the FCC is holding public roundtables at its headquarters in Washington today, September 16, on whether proposed net neutrality rules should cover mobile broadband. The roundtables will continue on Friday, September 19.
