Obama’s Treasury Department has tightened regulations to prevent multinationals from fleeing abroad in what are known as “corporate inversions.”

Congress has extended these corporate giveaways for years without any public attention -- until now.

Advocacy groups are taking action, prodding Congress to drop loopholes and force corporations to pay what they owe.
