Bill Bishop

Bill Bishop is an author, journalist and social commentator. With retired college professor Robert Cushing, he co-wrote The Big Sort: Why the Clustering of Like-Minded America is Tearing Us Apart, a much-cited book about how Americans are segregating themselves along ideological lines. A resident of LaGrange, Texas, he is the co-founder and contributing editor of the Daily Yonder, a blog about rural issues in the United States.
